【摘要】 目的 为了研究bcl-2和c-myc在前列腺增生中的作用。 方法 应用免疫组化染色S-P法，检测在7例正常前列腺组织和23例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中bcl-2和c-myc表达情况。 结果 正常前列腺组织中，bcl-2阳性染色细胞主要位于腺体基底细胞层，腺体的分泌细胞偶有着色;未见c-myc阳性染色细胞。在BPH组织中，bcl-2阳性染色细胞见于腺体基底细胞和大多数分泌细胞;c-myc的阳性表达率为26.1%。 结论 bcl-2、c-myc在前列腺增生中有过度表达，它们的异常参与了前列腺增生症的发生。
