卢仕良男，1968年生，1992年毕业于广东医学院医疗系，广东省武警总队医院整形外科工作。[摘要]目的：探讨如何应用环形缝扎术关闭皮肤缺损创面。方法：用不可吸收缝线环绕创缘皮下或皮内缝合一周，收紧缝线打结将伤口缩拢关闭。结果：该法应用于32例共41处创面，术后形成瘢痕短小，外形好。结论：本法封闭创面简便、快速，效果好，可作为整形外科的一项基本技术应用。

    [Abstract]Objective：This article reports the clinical application of the "round block"purse-string suture in the treatment of the skin defect.Methods：A large nonabsorbable suture is passed intradermally,The entry and the exit points should be very near to each other,taking care to form some kind of continuous"ring" around the wound,pulling the suture to close the wound.Results：We closed 41 round or ovoid surgical detects in 32 patients.In the immadiately postoperative period,the wound was surrounded by a large number of concentric redundaut skin flods.It had compeletely disappeared over a period of 1 to 3 months postoperately.The scars were limited and criented.Conclusion：The"round block" suture is a simple,rapid and inexpensive technique for closing wounds and can achieve aesthetic results. ......
