【摘 要】 目的:探讨切口保护器在剖宫产术中的应用价值。方法:选择2007年1月～2008年1月在我院住院分娩行剖宫产术的800例产妇，随机分成两组，使两组所含的合并症大致相当，实验组术中使用切口保护器，对照组术中不使用切口保护器。术后随访3年观察其伤口感染及腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生率。结果:实验组1例发生术后切口感染及0例腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症。对照组术后切口感染21例，腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症3例。结论:剖宫产术中应用切口保护器可有效降低术后切口感染及腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate on the effect of the use of protective device in the cesarean section. Methods:Eight hundred cases of pregnant women, who received cesarean section delivery in our hospital from January, 2007 to January, 2008, were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was applied with protective device. The three year postoperative follow up was conducted to observe the wound infection and incisional endometriosis incidence. Results: One case in experimental group suffered from postoperative wound infection and no case was found to have incisional endometriosis. Twenty-one cases in the control group were found to have postoperative wound infection, and 3 cases having incisional endometriosis. Conclusion:The application of protective device in cesarean section can reduce postoperative wound infection and incisional endometriosis occurrence rate. Its application deserves promotion. ......
