[摘要] 目的 建立天柏金黄散的微生物限度检查方法。 方法 采用接种5种阳性对照菌回收率试验确定其是否含抑菌成分。 结果 天柏金黄散按常规法测定两种阳性试验菌的回收率均低于70%，表明在本试验条件下有一定的抑菌作用，但可通过培养基稀释法消除其抑菌作用。 结论 天柏金黄散可按培养基稀释法进行微生物限度检查。

Study on the microorganism limited inspecting method of Tianbai Jinhuang Powder

[Abstract] Objective To establish the microorganism limited inspecting method of Tianbai Jinhuang Powder. Methods The recovery test of inoculating five positive control bacteria was used to determine whether it contained antibacterial component. Results The results of recovery test of two positive test bacteria by Tianbai Jinhuang Powder were both lower than 70%, which indicated that there was a certain antibacterial effect under this experimental condition, but the antibacterial effect could be eliminated through the media dilution method. Conclusion Tianbai Jinhuang Powder can carry on the microorganism limited inspecting method according to the medium dilution method.

天柏金黄散是一种中药验方制剂，由天花粉、红花、白芷、大黄等十一味药组成，具有活血化瘀、清热凉血、消肿止痛等功效，临床上常用于伤科跌打肿痛或外科疮疡红肿热痛等症。微生物限度检查法是检查产品及其原料、辅料受微生物污染程度的方法，产品的微生物限度检查方法的建立，应分析其组成成分，若产品的组分货源实验条件发生改变可能影响检验结果时，计数方法应重新验证[1]。为了更好地控制药品质量，建立天柏金黄散的微生物限度检查方法，笔者根据药典要求进行了方法学验证，结果满意。报道如下：
