【摘要】 目的：评价护理干预在肾功能衰竭患者连续性血液净化治疗中的作用。方法：收集2013年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的行连续性血液净化治疗的老年肾衰竭患者79例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料并总结护理体会。结果：79例接受连续性血液净化治疗的患者中，4例因经济原因放弃治疗，4例康复出院，5例死亡，其余患者肾功能均得到有效的改善。结论：良好的护理干预对于连续性血液净化治疗肾功能衰竭起到关键性作用。
