[摘要] 目的 观察乌梅丸治疗慢性腹泻的疗效。方法 将64例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用乌梅丸加减治疗，对照组应用思密达粉治疗，观察其效果。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.6%和75.0%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乌梅丸治疗慢性腹泻疗效显著。
