碘甘油对口腔溃疡的治疗效果(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。 方法 收集我院2012年1月~ 2013年12月间收治的120例口腔溃疡患者临床资料，按照治疗方案分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予西瓜霜喷剂、维生素B2、维生素C治疗，治疗组采用碘甘油治疗，比较两组临床疗效。 结果 治疗组治疗总有效率达到95.0%(57/60)，明显高于对照组；患者进食改善至正常时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组；治疗后，治疗组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显低于对照组，相对溃疡面积明显小于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡效果显著，可改善患者症状，减轻疼痛，缩短患者康复时间，值得临床推广应用。
